These Customer Terms and Conditions govern the messaging and communication services provided by ATCheckin, LLC to customers of businesses using the ATCheckin platform.
1. SMS Messaging Consent
By providing your phone number and checking in at a participating business, you consent to receive SMS messages related to receipts, reminders, promotions, loyalty rewards, review requests, and service notifications.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies by business and by your visit history. Typical messages include one receipt after a visit, one review request after a visit, and occasional promotions or reminders.
3. Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
4. How to Opt Out
- Reply STOP to any message.
- Reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, or QUIT.
- Contact the business directly and request removal.
Opting out of one business does not automatically opt you out of messages from every business using ATCheckin.
5. Promotional and Service Messages
Service messages include receipts, appointment confirmations, reminders, and review requests. Promotional messages include discounts, special offers, and loyalty updates.
6. Loyalty Programs
Some businesses use ATCheckin to track customer points or rewards. Participation is voluntary and subject to the business's own program rules.
7. Privacy

8. Support and Contact
You can reply HELP to a message for assistance, contact the business directly, or email privacy@atcheckin.net.
9. Changes
ATCheckin may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
