Free Trial Terms

1. Free Trial Access
ATCheckin may offer access to the system for a limited free trial period, including trial periods such as 90 days where specified in an agreement or offer.
2. Trial Nature
Trial versions may include beta or pre-release features and may contain bugs, interruptions, or limited functionality.
3. Data Loss
During a free trial, data loss, corruption, or interruptions may occur. ATCheckin is not liable for those issues during the trial period.
4. No Warranty
The trial is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
5. Limitation of Liability
ATCheckin is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from trial use.
6. Feedback
Any feedback you provide during the trial may be used by ATCheckin to improve the system and related services.
7. Trial End and Paid Subscription
ATCheckin may end a trial and transition the service to a paid offering after notice and according to applicable law and your agreement.
8. Contract Start Date
If a contract term is tied to the trial, the paid term begins on the date specified in the order form, agreement, invoice, or written notice.
9. Termination of Trial Access
ATCheckin may modify, suspend, or terminate the trial at any time to the fullest extent permitted by law.
